On-site procurement
Walking through the wasteland with Risha and two others.
I glided ahead, Risha trailing behind.
Both of them empty-handed, except for Risha’s True Eternal Slave at her waist—looked like a simple stroll.
“Really… you didn’t need to bring anything at all, Master?”
“Why not?”
I tilted my head back, asking Risha.
“But… it’s a vacation… not having any luggage at all…”
“Menu open.”
I pulled out the black DORECA, selected juice from the menu.
2,000 MP consumed—produced solely from magic power.
No materials required—ten times the cost, 20,000 MP.
A bottled juice appeared in my hand.
I tossed it to Risha. The elf slave, her hair growing long, flinched and caught it.
“Everything you need’s available on-site. No point lugging stuff around.”
“But… um…”
Risha flinches dramatically at the bottle juice.
“This is… wasting mana…”
“Trying to say it’s a waste?”
“Yes… at least the bare essentials…”
She stops, turns toward Risha.
Risha halts, puzzled.
I bonk her forehead.
“Yyaah!”
Risha clutches her brow, eyes watering.
I ruffle her hair hard, messily.
“You said I should take a vacation, didn’t you? A vacation’s supposed to be about enjoying luxury—wasting things, right?”
Yeah. I’m on vacation now.
Mira brought it up.
That first night I did nothing at all, she found out, and said I deserved more rest.
The whole slave crew jumped in. Right away, Yuria—most organized of us—reorganized everything so it’d run fine without me.
Didn’t even listen to the details. Just asked Yuria one thing: “Think you can handle it?”
She said, “Three of us—should be fine.”
I believed her. My slaves don’t lie to me. Never have. Never will.
So I decided to go on vacation.
Left the other three slaves behind. Took only Risha along as my attendant.
“Understandable, I suppose… well, not for just anyone, but you, master…”
Risha stammered, clearly flustered, trying to back down.
I ignored her.
“Plan is, I’m going to burn through every last drop of magic on this trip.”
Yeah. Thought I’d make the most of it. Use it all up.

Wandering aimlessly, we reached a small hill.
From there, the sea came into view.
Flat, barren land all around. Just the sea, faint in the distance.
Not cold, exactly—but empty. So it looked cold.
“Let’s stay here.”
“Here, master?”
“Yeah.”
"But... there's nothing here, master. Not exactly the kind of place for a vacation..."
"Menu open."
Pulling out DORECA, selecting from the list.
Raising the "four-story house" added with the black card—using magic alone.
Cost: one million. Still did it.
Stepping inside, climbing to the top floor, opening the window, looking out at the sea.
Still bleak, yes—but as expected, from up high, the view was clear, nice enough.
Now turning attention to the inside.
Making a bed. Building a bath. Constructing a dining hall.
Creating everything needed for staying and relaxing—using magic alone.
It took roughly 1.5 million magic points to make the four-story house actually comfortable.
"Like this, good enough? Next place then."
"Y-yes!"
Taking Risha out, still bewildered.
Descending the small hill, reaching the seaside.
"Can't stand the cold feel... let's go with this one."
Picked a palm tree-looking thing from the menu and made a dozen of them all at once.
"Risha, line these up evenly along the seaside."
"Yes!"
Risha moved instantly at the command.
All that fuss about this and that—when it's me giving the order, all those worries just vanish.
That's what makes her eternally a slave—determined, sweet, and utterly endearing.
"Right, next... oh, this’ll do."
Found a dock and a small boat in the list.
Not sure if we'll use them, but I placed them along the shore anyway.
Stepped back to take it all in.
With the dock and palm trees added, the place looked a lot better.
The chill was gone. It actually looked like a proper resort now.
What else would make it feel more like a resort?
Let’s cover the area around the four-story house with grass. Green’s nice.
I want something that looks like a beach shack. I’ll build it from a wooden house, just take it apart in parts and rearrange it.
Right, I’ll make that elevated thing with buildings on top of pillars Nina taught me about too.
That’ll make it feel like a resort in an instant.
I built a bunch of stuff.
While picturing that resort spot in my head—beaches, swimming areas, private beaches, stuff like that—I put it all together.
Half a day after arriving at the seaside.
“Wow… incredible…”
Risha was stunned.
The resort was fully built. Now, let’s enjoy it.
