Thanks to real-time relay communication, the gist of the incident spread instantly across nations, framed as the extermination of the Demon God.

The next day, after the anomaly in the Elven Forest had subsided, a divine presence manifested above cities all across the world.

The last time this had happened was during the Great Bestial Outbreak of Sacred Era 921—global chaos and racial conflict triggered by rampant monsters. The divine descent had prevented total collapse, offering enlightenment to all races. Now, nearly four hundred years later, it had happened again.

“Long-standing afflictions—the Miasma Surge and the Bestial Infestation—have been resolved. The era of stability has begun. Remember, believers: never forget your faith in the divine, nor your pursuit of possibility, diversity, knowledge, and the unknown. Continue striving for the prosperity of this world.”

Flanked by two other deities, Firumia continued.

“Now, allow me to introduce my divine companions: Isanamia and Satias. They have watched over us since the dawn of creation. There is no Demon God in this world. Let this be made clear. We, along with the dragons dwelling upon the earth, shall watch over you, forever.”

Her voice resonated directly into the hearts of all living things across the world.

A detailed report on the crisis—averted through the efforts of the Apostles—was released, explaining the Elven Forest anomaly.

Additionally, through divine oracles delivered to the Miko, a new revelation emerged: the so-called Demon Cult was a misunderstanding. It was, in fact, a sect devoted to Satias. Satias is a true guardian deity. Dragons are divine messengers—treat them with reverence. The announcement was made public.

The world brimmed with joy over the path to peace and the emergence of a new deity within this realm.

Two months after the anomaly in the elven forest, the Saintria Federation was formally established.

The utility of magical communication devices had been proven by the elven forest incident, and the number of installed communication units was steadily increasing.

Magical vessel routes had initially launched with fewer routes than planned, due to limitations on the number of vessels, but their overwhelming usefulness had led to a steady stream of requests to expand the network—now a pressing challenge.

“This has to be fixed somehow, or we’ll never catch up,” Shiro muttered.

“But only Shiro can create the starting object and frame, you know,” Ida said. “Not just any alchemist could manage this.”

“Is that so? Can’t we find another way?” Shiro pondered, but no clear solution seemed imminent.

Shiro had crafted ten virus-removal bracers—intended for distribution to temples across the nations.

The virus issue wasn’t easily solved. For now, the main instruction remained: avoid proximity to the infected mushrooms, and never consume them.

In case an infection occurred, Shiro had created bracers—magical healing devices—so treatment could be administered at temples.

And with Isanamia’s assistance, Shiro had developed the fourth virus: the Petrification Virus.

This virus was the counterpart to the original miasma transformation virus, converting miasma into magical stones.

Shiro integrated the Type C and Time H disablement spells into the virus, refining it so it could automatically process in the natural world. He programmed the petrified areas to efficiently grow magical stones inside mushrooms—later to be recognized as Magical Stone-Producing Mushrooms.

And Shiro thought this could enable mass production of magical stones, and drive advancements in magic devices that used them.
