As she said this, everyone nodded in agreement. Well, I’m glad that went smoothly.
"Right, that’s how it is. If you’re going to help, why don't you introduce yourselves? It’ll be inconvenient if I don't know what to call you all."
"Oh, yes. My apologies. Then, we shall start with the three of us who caught Mauve's eye..."
"Mauve... OUT!"
"What do you mean 'out'!"
I couldn't let that slide. "Caught his eye"? That’s more than enough material to tease him with.
"T-this isn't the time to be teasing; we won't make any progress. Let's just finish the introductions first."
"H-huh? Understood. Then, I shall go first..."
"I am Eris. As you can see, I am an Elf. I can use a little magic, but I have no combat experience. I am somewhat proficient in arithmetic. I look forward to working with you."
Eris, huh? There’s no point in checking her status in detail right now, but she’s level 10. Is that quite high? I’m not really sure what the average level for a commoner is, though I have seen the average for an 18-year-old at level 5.
My impression is that she has the qualities of a leader, given how she acted as the spokesperson for the nine of them. She seems rational, too; I have high hopes for her.
As for her appearance, as mentioned before, she’s a blonde beauty, 160cm tall with a curvaceous figure. She wears her hair long.
"U-um, I'm Tori!! My race is Wolf Beastman!! I-I can't use magic, but I have a fair amount of confidence in my physical abilities!! Please take care of me!!"
Tori-chan, her level is even higher—21. A warrior race, huh!
Well, putting the jokes aside, my impression is that she’s a dog-eared girl. Honestly, I’m grateful that the "Beastman" category in this world isn't just a bunch of fur-covered creatures.
Her hair is white and short; it’s sticking up in places, so maybe it’s naturally wavy?
"I am Aslin. I am Human... I don't have any education, magic, or athletic ability... I can only do things like cooking and housework."
Aslin-chan’s voice trailed off at the end. Man, that must be a tough introduction to give.
I should add a note here: out of the nine, she is clearly the youngest. I never told anyone to go and pick a little girl.
Her hair is chestnut-colored, a short bob, I suppose? I think it suits her very well.
"Thank you all for the introductions. Eris, I appreciate you handling the conversation with me from the start. Tori, you’re full of energy; I look forward to working with you. Aslin, there’s no need to worry about anything. Cooking and housework are essential skills for living. And even if you can't do much now, you can learn as you go."
"No, thank you for explaining things to a slave like me."

Aslin alone looked anxious. I had no choice but to pat her head to calm her down. This is the best way to handle children.
Well, the brats in my neighborhood hated it, but my relatives' kids seemed happy enough with it!!!

"Loli-out!! Definitely a Loli-out!!"
She’s way too young!! No matter how you look at it! You might have seen your own children in her, but think about it! At this rate, I’m going to be the one stuck taking care of her for the foreseeable future.
Well, I am a bit curious to see how much she’d grow if I gave a child like this an elite education, but I can't force that on her if she doesn't want it...
Now then, I wonder how the remaining six will turn out.
