My duties for the day are finished.
Yesterday, we had an incident with Deryu-san launching an attack, but today passed by peacefully. As for Yuki-san, it seems he has been taking it easy, as there have been no movements from Rurua-sama’s side.
Right now, we have finished dinner and are taking a moment to relax.
Regarding the dungeon’s schedule, although we were slightly delayed yesterday, Deryu-san’s participation has made things much easier. Since Oriel and I cannot appear in public, having Deryu-san join us is a great relief.
"I’m sorry to the Fairy tribe for splitting you all up today, but I needed you to learn how to operate the various facilities. Elder, how is that going?"
"It is going quite well, actually. Better than expected. They are usually focused solely on crafting, so it seems they are enjoying the variety of new experiences."
"I see. For the time being, I’d like to keep the current personnel allocation to prepare for the arrival of the 300 people from the Roschur Kingdom. What do you think?"
"Yes, I agree with that. Unless something major happens, the current layout should be fine. Those 300 people will eventually be heading to their respective workplaces anyway, so we should prioritize getting the facilities running smoothly first."

As Yuki-san looked toward Eris-san, she nodded and began to speak.
"The training grounds are now primarily used as individual workplaces, so there are almost no issues there. Regarding the family registry, I have finished creating them for the 57 people. The only problem is that everyone is choosing their own birthdays; it seems dates don't mean much in the countryside. As for the entertainment facilities I’m in charge of, Narjia-san has taken over the bathhouse section, so I’ve left that mostly to her. Well, Narjia-san is still new here, so I am assisting her. The other entertainment facilities are still unstaffed, so they aren't operational yet."

There are no issues with customer traffic or operations. "If that was fine, you should have told me sooner!! Do you know how many times I went back and forth today..."
Riel-san, you poor thing. I can appreciate her earnestness, but it feels like she’s just spinning her wheels.
"Then, next is me. For security, we received about 5 personnel, and we are patrolling each area without issues. The walkie-talkies we received are very convenient for handling trouble. Though, the only incidents have been the occasional lost Fairy tribe member during their free time. Riel is mainly in charge of training ground security, so I’ll leave that to her."
"Yup! From my end, there’s nothing special to report about the training grounds. Oh, but thanks to the electricity, quite a few residents are staying up late, so there might be some sleepy kids in the morning. Also, the 3 people assigned to me are doing night shifts for the first time, so they seem to be having a tough time."
"Security work forces a lot of strain on people. I want them to be satisfied because the pay is high, but it’s a problem if they collapse. If they look unwell, don't push them."

"…Me next. I’m part of the security team, but right now I’m tied up with the farmland in the work district. Sorry to you both. I currently have about 10 people helping me, and together with the Goblins and the modified Pillbugs, we are taking care of the crops. We are also pushing forward with developing new farmland.
