"Yes. Once more people gather, we won't be the ones managing everything ourselves. We'll lease out the land, and I expect many merchants will come to open shops and inns. Kina looked up at the ceiling, sounding exhausted. If I hadn't studied alongside Yuki-san and Eris and the others, I probably would have ended up just like Kina.

"I am Yuki-san's concubine."

"I'll let that slide since you didn't mean any harm, but if you imply that I only got close to him for power or money, I'll blow you away next time."
"Just kidding, just kidding. But do you think I have a chance?"
"That's hard to say. If that's what you want, I won't stop you. But if your goal is his power or money, then Seraria-sama, the other concubines, and I will absolutely stop you. You heard the purpose of running this place, didn't you? We won't allow anyone to seize power for selfish gain; it has to be for the benefit of the city."
