第82掘:神の使い (Part2)
Whether it’s magic or something else, water flows with ease, hot water is readily available, and one can bathe to their heart’s content. Even though it is already night, the lights shine brightly with the simple press of a button—a feat of magic they call "electricity."
If I could somehow bring this technology back to Gartz, it would yield unimaginable profits and undoubtedly improve the lives of the people. But why would the King of Roschur bring us into such a treasure trove? Seraria-sama renounced her right to the throne due to this reckless engagement and followed her husband to this dungeon. Yet, the profits of this dungeon ultimately return to Roschur. Why would they assign me as a concubine and share these interests? For the nation of Roschur, that should be an incredible loss.
"…Thinking about it now won't provide any answers. I will meet the man who is to be my husband tomorrow. I shall ask him about these things then."
"…Sama… Shera-sama!!"
"Oh, Kirue. You’ve returned to normal, I see. What is it?"
"Th-th-that!!"
Where Kirue pointed, a very beautiful woman descended amidst a pale light.
"You are the Seventh Princess who has come to marry Yuki-san, are you not?"
"Yes. I am the Seventh Princess, Shera. And you are…?"
For some reason, I cannot help but feel that the woman before me is far more noble than myself.
"Oh, forgive my lack of introduction. I am called Lilishe."
" "…!?" "
We could not bring ourselves to hurl insults at the woman claiming to be a goddess, calling her impudent. Somehow, we instinctively knew that what she said was the truth.
"Th-then, Lilishe-sama, why are you before me?"
"Yes, I simply thought I would lend Yuki-san a hand."
"Yuki? As I have said before…"
"Yes, the man who is to be your husband."
"Lilishe-sama, you intend to help that Yuki-san? Does meeting me count as helping him?"
"It does. That man will surely save this continent. However, it is very difficult for him to do so alone. Therefore, I shall bestow my blessing upon you. You, too, shall become the support that saves this continent."
"I, the support that saves the continent?"
"…That depends on you."
As she said this, her form vanished, and a pale light enveloped us. When it faded, my status screen opened on its own… and there, the Blessing of Lilishe had been added.
"…Was she… the real thing?"
"…It seems so. This must mean that the one I am to marry is a servant of the gods."
"A servant of the gods…!?"
This is a series of unexpected events. A man the gods believe will save the continent, and Lilishe-sama granting a blessing only to Kirue and me, telling us to support him. A blessing of a higher rank than even the Saintess of Litea. A blessing inscribed with the name of the goddess, Lilishe-sama.
I find myself looking forward to tomorrow. My husband, whom the gods have acknowledged. Oh, but what should I do? I want to contact Gartz and provide full-scale support, but I must first hear my husband’s policy.

**Side: Rurua**
"I'm home."
Lilishe-sama has returned. We are in a state of panic. While I am happy to receive a blessing in Lilishe-sama’s name to ensure that Yuki-san’s—my husband’s—children can be born safely, it is a massive problem for me personally! My husband, Seraria-sama, and Ratz-san and the others are all holding their heads in their hands, fully aware of the implications.
"Alright, I’ve given the blessing to the Seventh Princess, Lilishe, as well."
"Perfect. My blessing is convenient—it ensures safe childbirth, automatic recovery, prevents breech births, boosts all stats, and allows for non-chanting of simple recovery magic~"
That was Luna…-sama. Under the instructions of a god even higher than Lilishe-sama, she has been bestowing blessings not only upon us but even upon the Seventh Princess of Gartz.
"Don't you 'Alright' me!! The Saintess of Elju was exploited in this recent conflict! Don't go handing out the Blessing of Lilishe—something that could tilt the balance of Litea—to people of other nations!"
It is true. With this, Litea’s dignity cannot be maintained in any serious capacity. If it were only those gathered under Yuki-san, there would be no problem… no, there *is* a problem. Even just having someone like Labyris, who possesses the 'Appraisal' skill, makes the mere existence of these blessings a cause for commotion.
"Eh, look, that Rurua over there, right? She’s the Saintess of Litea, isn't she? So, there’s no problem, is there?"
"How could there not be!! If it were that simple, would wars even happen!?"
"That’s your problem, isn't it? Sort it out yourselves."
"Then ask for our judgment before you act!"
"It’s fine, isn't it? It even comes with the bonus of ensuring children are born safely. Right, Aslin, Firia?"
Luna-sama said this to Aslin and the others, who had just finished bathing. Naturally, because they adore my husband…
"I will bear Brother’s child!! I’ll have one right away!!"
"Brother!! With this, there is nothing to worry about!! We can give birth safely thanks to the god’s blessing!!"
The two of them are in a state of extreme excitement. It is hard to deny that… It is truly no wonder my husband is annoyed. This is far too troublesome.
"Can’t you do something about that strange, flippant attitude of yours!!"
"But you know, in your homeland, if someone said 'I am a god' these days, people would only doubt their sanity, right?"
"That’s obvious! In my case, it was a recruitment drive!!"
"Well, well, Yuki-san. I will help out from now on, too. There’s no problem at all."
"See, Lilishe says she’ll help. It’s a god herself, aren't you happy?"
"Y-you useless goddessssss!!"
Beside my husband, who was shouting that, I felt like I was losing my mind.
"A-ahahaha… Lilishe-sama will be helping us from now on… H-how am I supposed to explain this to the home country, to Alstaire-sama…"
"…Rurua, please calm down. I sympathize with your feelings, but first, we must ensure that the Seventh Princess who received the blessing joins our camp—or rather, becomes Brother’s wife—at all costs."
Incidentally, when this was reported via call at a later date, Alstaire-sama reportedly fell over in her office. …That is only natural, of course. She is a useless goddess, after all. No matter how you look at it.
