### Chapter 363: A Little Information Organization

**Side: Yuki**

"Well now, things are getting quite interesting."

"……What do you mean by that?"

Cleena reacted to my mutterings, her eyes narrowing for some reason.

"……Don't tell me, are you planning to take that princess as your plaything?"

"Yuki-san. You have us, don't you!!"

"Indeed. I don't know what she’s like, but that would be unseemly."

"Yuki-sama, if you are feeling frustrated, I shall be the one to accept you!!"

At Cleena’s words, the three wives acting as my guards all raised their voices in protest.

"Wait, wait, that’s not what I meant. I haven't even seen her yet, so I don't have feelings like that."

"……So, if she happens to be your type, it’s a possibility?"

"Get that thought out of your head. Cleena, I have no intention of laying a hand on anyone other than my wives."

I made sure to say that clearly to emphasize just how devoted I am to them. But for some reason, they all looked at me with dead, unimpressed eyes.

"……As I thought. Um, it might not be my place to say this as your wife, but I think being so indifferent to other women is a bit of a problem, don't you?"

"I agree. As Yuki’s wife, it makes me happy, but isn't that aloof reaction of yours problematic in various ways?"

"I’m not saying you should go around touching other women, but if you don't at least offer a compliment or look at them with admiration, you’ll end up the subject of strange rumors in noble society."

"……Hmm. You might even raise suspicions of being a... *homo*."

"What on earth do you people want from me!?"

They tell me cheating is bad, but then tell me to show interest in other women—I don't get it at all.

"Because, Yuki-san, you never make requests of us."

"Yes. As your wives—no, as a woman’s duty—I want to become the figure you desire as much as possible."

"That’s right. Yuki-sama works so hard, yet you only ever tell us that we are fine just as we are. If we keep relying on your kindness like that, our pride as wives and as women won't allow it!!"

"……Not work, but private matters. I want you to demand more from us. I will do my best."

Ah, I see.

To me, they are inhabitants of a fantasy world, and their natural forms are already a reward in themselves. But to them, that is just "normal," and they feel they haven't become the specific type of woman I prefer.

So, while guarding me, they’ve been observing whether I look at other women, trying to figure out what kind of clothing, hairstyles, or gestures I might like.

"I understand. Next time, I’ll prepare some clothes and accessories I’d like you to wear."

"R-really!! Yay!! Did you hear that, Jessica!?"

"I heard it loud and clear. Now we will finally know Yuki’s preferences!!"

"Until now, no matter how many outfits I ordered with DP, Yuki-sama’s gaze never wavered. This will work, won't it, Cleena-san!!"

"……Hmm. With this, we can knock Yuki dead."

Oh, so that’s what that was about.

I’ve made it so my wives can pull out whatever clothes they like using DP. That’s why the outfits at our home in Weed change almost every day. I had been wondering why they kept changing their clothes at home, but this was the reason. I had foolishly assumed it was just a hobby of theirs to have a large wardrobe.

Well, I do mandate that they wear specific equipment whenever they are outside of our home in Weed, so I suppose they were feeling dissatisfied—or perhaps anxious—about that. Since my reaction was non-existent even when they changed their clothes, they must have been worried.

But still, if I complimented every single outfit change, I’d never get anything done. Oh, is that not the point? I guess the female heart is truly complex.

Oh, right. I should tell Narjia to prepare three or four more types of special equipment with different designs. It must be tough for them to have so few options for what to wear when we go out.

Actually, these wives acting as my guards are relatively quiet compared to the others. That means someone like Seraria must be quite frustrated. I have to find a way to appease them, or the nights will be rough.

But honestly, I don't even know what kind of clothes I prefer. ...Is a school uniform the standard? Or maybe a bunny girl outfit? No, Ratz and Shera are real bunny beastmen, so that’s out. Should I just go with the bunny suit? Wait, is that even called a "bunny suit"? I don't even know the official name.

What about those "virgin-killing" sweaters? Or maybe a maid outfit that emphasizes the chest? But I already have Kirue, who is a real maid, so that’s a no-go.

"Anyway, we’re getting way off track. I’ll look into my preferences later, prepare them, and then make my requests."

"You promise?"

"We’re looking forward to it. Oh, but please, no public displays..."

"I-indeed, that would be a poor example to set for the citizens of Weed..."

"……I don't mind. Bring it on."

"No, no, why did the conversation jump to that? Let’s get back to the point. When I say it’s interesting, I’m talking about the situation in the Royal Capital of Ex."

As I said that, the wives immediately put on serious expressions and prepared to listen.

"The reason the situation in the Royal Capital of Ex is interesting is that, for all intents and purposes, we aren't being monitored at all. And by 'we,' I don't mean the matter with Mauve, I mean us personally."

Perhaps they didn't quite grasp it, as all four of them tilted their heads. Jessica spoke up on everyone’s behalf.

"What do you mean by that?"

"Well, I’ll explain it in more detail to the other wives who are out monitoring other regions later, so I’ll keep it simple for now. It means the other side has absolutely no idea that we are the ones pulling the strings."

"We could surmise that from the letter delivered to Hifie-sama earlier, but is that really such an interesting situation? There’s no guarantee that Mauve and the others aren't being monitored by some dungeon ability."

"No, the possibility of that is extremely low."

"Why can you say that so definitively?"

"You know that in the New Continent, the estimated combat power of those three is enough to topple a royal capital with ease, right?"

"Yes. The Zilba royal castle was essentially taken down by Steve alone."

Oh yeah, that happened. At the time, Steve was the only one left sleeping in the stables. Samantha was the one who voiced her surprise at that nostalgic memory.

"Eh!? W-wait a moment. That goblin... Steve-san is that strong!?"

"……Certainly, when we were with Alfin, I thought he was a good commander. I didn't know he was such a strong goblin."

It seems Cleena was surprised by that fact as well. Well, these two mostly just exchange greetings with the monster army in Weed. Other than that, they mostly see them playing cards or games, looking like total slackers. It would be impossible to gauge their strength from that.

"Oh? So Samantha and Cleena didn't know? Steve the goblin, his adjutant Britt, John the... whatever-kind-of-orc he is, Mino-chan the Blood Minotaur, and Surakichi-san the slime—these five might actually have more combat power than us."

"No. We are specialized in not dying and protecting Yuki. Since we can fully utilize the weapons Yuki provides, they should be superior to us in terms of overall attack power, command ability, and the number of subordinates they can mobilize."

"I-is it really to that extent..."

"Surprising."

They are the ones who spend their time in the office doing paperwork, tilling the fields, and playing with the children, after all. They are aiming to be a monster army loved by the citizens of Weed. I feel like I’ve heard a similar phrase from the Self-Defense Forces. They really have it tough.

"Anyway, back to the point. If they are aware of those three and yet don't make contact, it means they either don't have the strength to surpass those three, can't afford to spare the strength, or they truly have no idea they are there."

"It wouldn't be strange if they were hiding enough strength to easily take care of Mauve and the others, would it?"

"Ria’s concern is valid, but it’s impossible. If such strength existed, they would have already toppled other countries."

" " "Ah, I see." " "

At my words, all four of them looked convinced.
