5周年記念 (Part2)
Year 2, January: The Great Conquest Force arrives at the Last Kingdom. The Demon Lord (fake) is defeated, and the conquest is a success. In Weed, Luna forcibly opens a route to the New Continent (If Continent). That same month, the pregnancies of Seraria and the others are confirmed. In the If Continent, a skirmish occurs with a village of demi-humans and the Zilba Empire; the forces are repelled, and Jessica is taken prisoner.
April: The armies of Olive and Mist are annihilated. Taking advantage of the momentum, we strike the Zilba Empire, subjugating them and eventually reaching a reconciliation.
July: In cooperation with the Zilba Empire, we secure the Betan territory of the Enaria Holy Kingdom. We also manage to take down the Demon Lord Peace Guardworld, leading to a ceasefire. Seraria and the others give birth to their first children.
August: I head to the Enaria Kingdom as a ceasefire envoy, where I defeat and capture the Holy Sword Users.
September: We head to the Magic Academy Lancer. Cleena and Samantha join our ranks.
October: Through Cleena’s connections, we visit the August Kingdom, accompanied by the Dragon Knight Amanda. We resolve the conflict between August and the Hifi Holy Kingdom. We establish a cooperative relationship with the former Dungeon Master Comet, the former Japanese military technical officer Taizo, and the Goddess Hifi.
November: Through Samantha’s connections, we visit Roday, and from there, we travel to the White Forest, where we confirm the clandestine maneuvers of the Ex Kingdom.
December: Mauve and his team infiltrate the Ex Kingdom and secure Dressa. Later, we face off as fellow Dungeon Masters, which leads to a reconciliation. We establish a cooperative relationship with the Ex Kingdom’s God of War, Noble, and the Dungeon Master, Sacri.
Year 3, January: Preparations for intercontinental exchange begin. We start making introductions to various nations on the Rogari Continent.
February: A domestic issue arises in Weed. We confirm and eliminate the clandestine interference of a minister from Roschur. The Independent Intelligence Corps, led by Vilia and others, is established.
March–June: We confirm that Princess Bitz of the former Ranks royal family is operating from the shadows. Using the power of a Dungeon Master, she attempts to coordinate with the Sword Kingdom of Nogosh and the Magic Kingdom of Nonoa to invade Ranks and Weed. However, Nonoa reconciles with us, and Nogosh is taken over by the Dojigiri Yasutsuna, leading to the resurrection of Shuten-doji. We join forces with the Dungeon Master Samurai Arwin to defeat it. We welcome Shuten as an adopted child.
July: We begin moving in earnest for intercontinental exchange. A summit between the Rogari Continent and the If Continent is arranged. On that same day, Yuki and 17 others go missing, only to return later that month. The New Continent is discovered.
August–December: While helping with the reconciliation between the New Continent’s Haiden Kingdom and the Findal Empire, we scramble to resolve various issues for the sake of intercontinental exchange—specifically, solving problems on the If Continent and dealing with lost magic swords. Yuki and the others serve as instructors at the New Continent’s Magic Academy. Kagura, Mikos, and Solo join us.
Years 4–5: We strike down Aquenoki, who was lurking behind the Haiden religion in the New Continent. Enora, Souta, and Enol join us. We begin visits to the Beast God Kingdom and the High Elf Kingdom on the Rogari Continent, confirming that problems are still smoldering. An envoy from the Seasifo Kingdom visits Haiden. Despite lingering issues, the intercontinental exchange is held and concludes as a success.
Year 6, January: The Seasifo Kingdom’s army arrives. After repeated dialogues, we decide to visit the Seasifo Kingdom.
"I suppose that covers it for now."
"Aren't you getting a bit lazy with the second half?"
"I realized there's no point in writing down every little detail. The months are approximate, too. It’s not like I’m showing this to anyone."
"Fair enough. Still, it’s already the sixth year. We’ve certainly been through a lot."
"Well, years four and five are lumped together, but that’s because coordinating the intercontinental exchange was just that difficult."
"Indeed. Looking back at it myself, I’m struck by how much we’ve accomplished."
It’s clear to me that I’ve been working hard. If I were to include every minor detail, the list would be endless.
"So, did you learn anything?"
Asked this, I look over what I’ve written once more.
"Well... honestly, I’d really like this year to end with nothing more than 'I worked hard this year.'"
"Haha. I wish it were that simple."
"It’s a tough goal to achieve, but perhaps that’s fine."
"They say no news is good news. Perhaps having nothing to write about is, in a sense, the ultimate proof of peace."
Setting my reflections aside...
"Well, the night is growing late. Shall we have a drink?"
"That sounds good."
"Indeed. When discussing things like this, a drink is best."
"Yes. Let’s enjoy ourselves."
And so, my sixth year began.
How was it?
Celebrating five years—this is all thanks to everyone. I look forward to your continued support.
I read all the comments you send, and I deeply apologize for being too busy to reply to each one, but I am truly grateful for them.
So, how did you all find this look back?
It’s a bit rough around the edges, but I hope you’ll forgive me. It was written in a rush, so it isn't as detailed as it could be.
With that, I look forward to your support in the sixth year!
