### Chapter 1360: The Composed Conference Room

**Side: Yuki**

On the other side of the monitor, preparations are proceeding steadily.

And I am watching it all unfold from the Weed conference room.

Surprisingly, the others are doing the same.

"To think they would deploy the tanks in this formation. It could certainly be used for fortress defense."

"And they can be used for a quick escape as well. A convenient piece of equipment, indeed."

"I truly do want these tanks. This range, this mobility... though the maintenance and operational costs are a concern..."

"Come to think of it, Your Majesty Youpia, you have actually operated them before, haven't you?"

The leaders of the great nations are not panicking; instead, they are reviewing the defense strategy documents and considering the introduction of tanks and other weaponry.

I did disclose the specifications, after all.

I told them they could be used in an emergency, but it is only natural for those tasked with national defense to desire them. Especially when there is a threat right in front of them.

As I was thinking this, Noble, King of Ex, who had been standing beside me, spoke up.

"At least we made it in time."

"Yeah. We made it, but we can't rest easy yet. How are things on your end?"

"The If Continent is fine. The Great Forest as well."

"That’s good. At least we know this issue is confined to the Rogari Continent."

"Are there no movements in the Haiden or Zuraburu regions?"

"Hairen and Senal both say there’s nothing suspicious. I’ve confirmed it with both of them myself. And of course, the If Continent too."

I have placed other Dungeon Masters in every location, just in case I am unable to move or if I were to die.

Well, I haven't exactly handed over full authority to Hairen and Senal, but I’ve put my intuition as a goddess to work.

"...If a goddess says so, then there is no... mistake?"

"That’s why I’m double-checking. It is certain that no obvious problems are occurring in any of those nations."

"Hmm. I suppose so. Still, I always wonder—aren't you afraid of dealing with gods like that?"

"If you’re going to say that, Noble, you’re the same. Besides, you know as well as I do that the goddesses are the ones who take things to the extreme."

Like Hifie or Comet.

Noble tried to handle things with brute strength and politics, but those two were busy mass-producing weapons...

"I honestly can’t tell if you’re praising me or mocking me."

"I’m praising you. You wouldn’t want a weapon that could blow up your country to be built behind your back without you noticing, right?"

"That is certainly true."

As I was chatting with Noble, the conference room door opened.

"“Delivery, here!”"

Kiyu and Covil walked in.

Noble, myself, and a few of the other leaders stared in silence.

But ignoring our confusion, Blade, King of Roday, followed by King August, the King of White Forest, and other monarchs began to approach them.

There was not a hint of caution.

Kiyu and Covil, looking quite accustomed to this, pulled food stalls from their Item Boxes and immediately began cooking ramen to serve.

The kings, including Blade, took their bowls and...

"Oh, this is irresistible at night!"

"Indeed. This aroma. Even after finishing dinner, it stirs the appetite."

Without hesitation, they picked up their chopsticks and began to eat.

*Slurp...*

The sound of noodles being drawn echoed through the conference room.

Drawn in by that sound, the others who had been staring in blank shock began to gravitate toward the ramen as well.

The terrifying magic of ramen.

Well, I suppose it’s better to go and listen to the situation than to stand here in stunned silence. I took Seraria and Noble, who were still looking dazed, and walked over.

"Yo, Kiyu, Covil."

"Oh, Big Brother, Big Sister, and King Noble."

"Yahoo! Do you guys want some too?"

"Yeah. Three shoyu, please."

"Coming right up."

It would be torture to come this far and not eat, so I placed my order, intending to talk while we ate.

"So, did you come here because you were called?"

"Yes. Meetings in the middle of the night are tough, aren't they? Ramen is perfect for times like these."

"I suppose so."

"But don't eat too much, okay? Especially you, Seraria—you'll get fat."

"It’s fine. I exercise plenty."

Seraria easily brushed off the comment about gaining weight and began to eat her ramen.

Well, her level of physical activity is extraordinary, so I’m not truly worried.

"Mmm. Still as delicious as ever."

"Well, we’ve had plenty of practice. Anyway, regarding the current situation within Weed: the impact of the Great Outbreak in the Suurus Principality is currently non-existent. It seems the information blockade by Litea and the Adventurers' Guild is working well."

"To an outsider, it just looks like a standard monster emergence. It’s not that big of a problem here on the Rogari Continent."

"No, Gartz. A scale of ten thousand is a major disturbance, I would think?"

The King of Gartz’s words were countered by the King of Roschur, but...

"That’s only if you look at the numbers. And only the educated—people like us—would be wary of that. There’s no reason for those who don’t know the details to panic. It’s not happening within their own borders, after all."

"I suppose that’s true. If you ask whether the Suurus Principality’s problem affects one’s own country..."

"It wouldn't, would it?"

"It’s a bit blunt to put it that way, but it is the truth."

Alstaire of Litea joined the conversation with a wry smile.

There are reasons for the information blockade, but the fact that the point of origin is a distant, foreign land is likely why there is no sense of crisis.

Though, since Litea is a vassal state, they can’t exactly be so dismissive.

"Hmm. So the interior is stable. Well, since the time from the outbreak to the response was short, there is a possibility that they might move now. For the safety of the International Exchange School, it would be best if nothing happened, but if something were to move here, it would be easier for us to understand."

"So the Emperor of Zuraburu is saying that this Great Outbreak might be a diversion?"

"It is entirely possible that they are taking advantage of something that happened by chance. Especially if the country is already on edge."

"Then it is impossible. They are responding thoroughly from start to finish. Do you see this as an opening?"

"Hmm. If they were a complete fool, perhaps?"

Youpia of Zuraburu and Emerald of Seasypho were having that conversation.

I understand what they are saying.

I had been wary of that from the very beginning.
