Shiro wrote the virus removal code in HLSL. The core of the code was a search based on the Class ID attribute attached to the entity in question—the virus. Once found, the virus would undergo a looped destruction process.

Shiro felt uneasy about how destruction would affect his body, so he decided to transfer it to his inventory instead.

This was the sealing site. Today was the day they’d break the seal on Shirena and Althia.

"I’ll first create a separate barrier next to this seal. Then I’ll transfer the two inside the seal into that new one. At the moment they’re moved, time will still be frozen. Then, Mitoka, Shestia, and I will perform the virus-removal spell. That’s likely to take a while—this is where we’ll need to hold strong," Shiro explained.

Then he continued.

"Sophia, Aria, and Albert—you three will assist with mana supply. First, hand over the MP recovery tablets. Only three uses allowed. After that, supply mana from your staffs.

If that’s still not enough, use the offered mana-transfer baton.

If even that fails, we’ll have to stop there."

All nodded seriously, understanding.

Shiro chanted, forming a barrier roughly three meters on each side. Inside this barrier, time should be frozen.

Then Shiro recognized the presence of Shirena and Altia inside the seal, chanted 【Transfer】, and transferred the two into the new barrier.

"Mother! Father!" Shestia cried, rushing to embrace them.

Shirena, startled by the sudden embrace, looked at Shestia, stunned.

She glanced around her.

"Albert too," she murmured, smiling.

Albert gave a quiet nod.

"Still not over, Shestia," Shiro called out.

"Ah, right," Shestia said, looking at Shirena and applying a healing spell to her arm.

"Shes, you can cast healing magic now?"

Shirena looked surprised, then gazed at her daughter with affection, her eyes wide.
