"I bought some snacks, too!"
"And booze, don't forget the booze!"
We returned to the surveillance room, voices overlapping as we entered. For the record, we’ve borrowed the information management room of a military facility to serve as our base of operations. It’s secure, meaning no one will wander in unexpectedly, and there’s no risk of information leaks via reverse tracking.
"Yo. How's it going?"
Steve was the first to greet us.
"Any movement since then?"
"Nothing special. I mean, the Boss and the others are just acting like their usual selves. After looking at the waterfall, they just went back to their room and started playing games."
Hmm? I felt like that explanation was severely lacking in detail... and it seemed Eris felt the same way.
"Steve. Based on that, it sounds like they’ve done nothing but play games since returning from the waterfall?"
"Eh? That’s right. The Boss has been gaming non-stop since he got back."
"Wait a second. We left for work just after noon, and it’s 7:00 PM now, so..."
"That’s already nearly five hours of gaming. But hey, he said he wanted to play games, so isn't this normal? Even you, Eris-neesan, would do this much, right?"
"Well, I suppose. I think it’s only natural to do this much on a day off."
Ahaha, though being dragged along for that is pretty tough. But, setting that aside...
"Deryu, Steve says this, but is it accurate? Also, here are the snacks."
I didn't mean to doubt Steve, but verification is necessary. As I handed over the snacks, she replied:
"Thanks for the treats. Steve is correct. Though, they did finish up in the open-air bath before that."

"Everyone, no need to look so despairing. I recorded it properly. You can enjoy it later."
"You lot are quite the enthusiasts. You could see Yuki’s bare skin anytime if you just bathed or slept with him, you know."

On the surveillance monitor, the guys were indeed still glued to their games.
"When are they going to stop playing?"
"If it were me, I wouldn't stop until the date changed."
"No, you don't need to be proud of that, Eris."
"...With this, how are we supposed to surprise them?"
As Kaya said, at this rate, they’ll be at it all night. It makes it difficult to figure out how to stage our little "threat." As I was fretting over it, Seraria and Deryu spoke up.
"Well, there’s no need to be impatient. After all, they haven't even had dinner yet. The night is still young."
"Indeed. Besides, today is just for observation anyway. Even just gathering information on how late they stay up will change our future strategies."
I see. They hadn't even eaten dinner yet. Come to think of it, neither had we. As I reached for the bento boxes we’d brought back, I noticed something...
"Wait? Come to think of it, where are Kagura and Mikos?"
"Now that you mention it, I don't see them."

For some reason, Kagura and Mikos, who were around this morning, were nowhere to be found. Where did they go?
